The first book to come out on Alexander McQueen since the designers death.  The book covers the lifespan of McQueen from childhood to his death in February.  It is set to be released May 7 and is written by fashion journalist, Kristin Knox.

After many seasons of sky high heels, a low heeled shoe has come back in style.  From low wedges to little kitten heels, comfortable shoes are everywhere.  Although, I am not a fan of this trend, it is everywhere and I'm sure there are many fashionistas rejoicing at the prospect of still being stylish and comfortable.  Here are some cute examples
